By accessing or using ShopForge ("the Service"), including our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ShopForge is a diagnostic training platform designed for automotive technicians. The Service provides guided diagnostic flows, scenario-based learning, daily challenges, and structured skill progression through a mobile application.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

All content, features, and functionality of ShopForge — including diagnostic flows, training scenarios, text, graphics, and software — are owned by ShopForge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

ShopForge provides educational training content for diagnostic skill development. The Service is not a substitute for manufacturer service information, proper tooling, or professional judgment. Always follow shop procedures and safety protocols when performing actual vehicle diagnostics and repairs.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable app store policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShopForge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
